The law of causal determinsim states that if people are merely physical, that free will doesn't exist - that free will is an illusion.
If we are more than physical, then we could have free will as long as there wasn't a God who could see the future.
But we ought to live as if we can control our lives.

I don’t agree with you. Believing in destiny is just an excuse for those people who cannot achieve their desires. Most of the successful big boys have their own stories. No matter they are political or wealthy ones, nothing comes from free lunch. In Germany, there are four million unemployed people approximately. However, most of them are young and don’t want to work. They just enjoy the social benefits provided from the department which are good enough for them to play and travel around in Europe. So, what are their destinies……… what are their missions!!! Honestly speaking, the world is full of unknowns. If you want to explore these unknowns, you have to join different competitions. Only those hard working people will win. If you think that you are born with destiny and mission, you will probably be just a dust in the wind.
