The following points for your cosidering:
1. 视频压制 not only depend on the CPU, some software will make use of 显卡GPU.
2. For better usage of SSD, you can set some ram e.g. 4G to make a ramdisk for storage of temporary files (e.g. pagefile, internet temp file etc). Details information can found on internet.
3. Windows system 4G ram is enough to run unless you using software such as photoshop or professional video editing software. 4G for system + 4G for ramdisk + SSD is perfect. However, you can still buy 16G if budget is enough.
4. 希捷2TB is the fastest hardisk for transfer data, for external storage USB3.0 must use.
5. GTX660Ti is very fast display card actually.
