Google自然語言API新增內容自動分類與個體情緒分析能力Google的雲端自然語言API新增內容自動分類功能，可透過機器學習理解文意再予以分類，目前支援超過700種分類；而情緒分析則可幫助企業分析社群論壇、推特或臉書上消費者對產品的情緒反應。

Google周二（9/19）宣布， 已於Cloud自然語言API（Cloud Natural Language API）新增內容自動分類與個體情緒分析能力，以協助企業組織內容與理解使用者的感受。
Google的Cloud Natural Language API是透過機器學習模型以從非結構化的文字中取得深入的分析資訊，可分析的來源涵蓋了文字文件、新聞或部落格中的資訊，能協助企業理解產品在社交媒體上所引起的情緒迴響，或自客服與通訊中剖析客戶意圖。Cloud Natural Language API支援超過700種的內容分類，從藝術、嗜好、法律、新聞到健康等，現可藉由機器學習理解文章的意義並自動加以分類，適用於傳統上以人力貼標籤或進行分類的媒體與出版業。Google亦強調該自然語言API的精細程度，例如基於Cloud Natural Language的紐約時報API除了將龍蝦沙拉的食譜歸納為食譜類別之外，也會將它歸納至肉類及海鮮的類別。
出版集團Hearst則是把Cloud Natural Language Processing應用在內容管理系統中，它能自動將文章內的人事物標籤化並進行分類，還能呈現特定標籤的閱讀量以快速掌握讀者的喜好。至於情緒分析一直是Cloud Natural Language最受歡迎的功能之一，它除了可分析一個句子或一段文字的情緒之外，現在也能針對地方或事物進行個體（Entity）情緒分析。
例如摩托羅拉（Motorola）即利用個體情緒分析掃描Twitter、論壇與客服郵件來釐清客戶對該公司各種產品的情緒，以利摩托羅拉快速採取正確的行動並提高客戶滿意度。
目前Cloud Natural Language客戶已可存取內容分類及個體情緒分析功能，前者仍為測試版，後者已是正式版。
