故事簡介：記憶女神號（Mnemosyne）飛船的船長兔兒（Bugs）在母體的獨立類比中發現一個執行舊代碼的程式，程式的內容重現了《 廿二世紀殺人網絡》中「崔妮蒂在房間中發現尼歐的位置，結果被母體的幹員發現」的橋段，但不同的是，畫面中的崔妮蒂不是本人而且被幹員抓住。兔兒發現其中一位幹員舉止怪異，竟然是莫斐斯的化身，於是趕在節點被清除前，將他從中救出。

Captain Bugs of the Mnemosyne spaceship discovers a program executing old code within an isolated analogy of the Matrix. The program recreates a scene from *The Matrix* where Trinity discovers Neo's location in a room, only to be found by Matrix agents. However, unlike the original, Trinity in the scene is not herself and is being captured by agents. Bugs notices one of the agents behaving strangely—it turns out to be Morpheus's alter ego—and rescues him before the node is cleared.
