I tend to look up recipes on Youtube, but I am usually shocked by how much butter and sugar is in the recipes. So I tend to create versions that have neither.

I made Brownies with dark Chocolate. Than Brownies with White Chocolate and matcha.
I want to try to make Eggs tarts, but need to think about that one first.

黃油很重要，但我發現糖不太必要，而且通常可以在食譜中減少。

I replace Butter with some cooking oil, but even than I use little not alot.
Sugar I use a small spoon for merenguing the egg whites to help make fluffy cakes.
