关于DVD片源压制，遇到了个问题，想请教各路大神

DVDISO R2, region 2

Region code	Area
0	Discs that bear the region 0, have only regions 1–6 flags. The formats of NTSC and PAL can be a factor in this.
1	Canada, United States including its territories, Mexico, and Bermuda
2	Europe (and per 2020 also incl. Belarus, Ukraine, Moldova, Georgia, Armenia, and Azerbaijan), Egypt, West Asia, Japan, South Africa, Greenland, and French Guiana
3	Southeast Asia, South Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macau
4	Latin America (Mexico, Belize, Central America, South America (except French Guiana)) and Oceania
5	Africa (except Egypt and South Africa), Russia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Central Asia, South Asia, Mongolia, and North Korea
6	People's Republic of China (except Hong Kong , Macau and Taiwan)

速率 23.976 改 25, 50 或者 30, 60 試一試

无解决到问题，都是一样，
片源本来是25fps 6700Kbps
